This Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions, Advertising Policy, Complaint and Appeal Policy, IP Policy, and Privacy Policy. JustQA is intended only for users aged 18 or over. This Policy does not imply that minors are permitted users of the Platform. It sets out the safeguards, restrictions, and enforcement measures that Nerqis applies in order to prevent the exploitation of minors and comply with applicable child-protection and platform-safety laws.

1. Purpose and Scope

JustQA is an AI-powered software testing platform operated by Nerqis Ltd ("Nerqis", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy applies to all users of the JustQA Platform and related services.

This Policy sets out the safety standards, child protection safeguards, content restrictions, and complaint-handling principles that apply to the Platform and its services.

This Policy should be read together with the Platform's Terms and Conditions, Advertising Policy, Complaint and Appeal Policy, IP Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Core Safety Principles

In operating the Platform, Nerqis aims to:

  • (a) maintain an adult-only platform environment;
  • (b) prevent the upload, storage, or use of content that exploits, sexualises, targets, or otherwise harms minors;
  • (c) reduce the availability and amplification of unlawful or seriously harmful content;
  • (d) provide clear and accessible reporting and appeal channels; and
  • (e) apply proportionate and consistent enforcement measures against breaches of platform rules.

In assessing safety risks, Nerqis may consider the nature of the content, the likely audience, the context of publication, the form of presentation, whether the content presents a risk of harm to minors or other vulnerable persons if accessed unlawfully or indirectly, and whether technical or procedural safeguards are needed.

3. Protection of Minors

JustQA is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. Nerqis does not permit under-18 user accounts and may suspend or remove accounts believed to belong to minors, subject to applicable law and the Platform's Privacy Policy.

Users must not upload, store, or otherwise make available through the Platform any content that sexualises minors, exploits minors, depicts child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation in any form, encourages self-harm by minors, or facilitates grooming behaviour.

Nerqis may apply warnings, restricted access, removal, or other safeguards where content presents child-safety risks, where required by law, or where necessary to prevent misuse or unlawful access.

Any content or account that appears to target, exploit, solicit, or attract minors in a manner inconsistent with the adult-only nature of the Platform may be subject to heightened review, restriction, or removal.

4. Prohibited and Restricted Content

The following categories of content are prohibited on the Platform: (a) unlawful content; (b) child sexual abuse material or exploitation material; (c) terrorism-related content or content praising terrorist acts; (d) content inciting violence or hatred against protected persons or groups; (e) non-consensual intimate imagery; (f) serious threats, coercion, or blackmail; (g) content facilitating serious criminal activity; and (h) deceptive or manipulated content presented in a materially misleading way where harm is likely.

The following categories may be restricted, labelled, or removed depending on severity, context, and circumstances: graphic violence; sexual content; nudity; dangerous acts or challenges; eating-disorder or self-harm-related content; harassment; discriminatory insults; and realistic depictions of harmful conduct.

Nerqis may take into account whether the content has educational, documentary, artistic, journalistic, or public-interest value. Such context does not guarantee that content will remain available without restriction.

5. User Safety and Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content or data uploaded to the Platform complies with this Policy and all applicable platform rules.

Users must cooperate with reasonable trust-and-safety requests, including requests for clarification, takedown, or submission of supporting information relevant to a moderation review.

6. Reporting, Escalation and Emergency Response

JustQA provides reporting mechanisms for users, rightsholders, trusted reporters where recognised, and other affected persons to notify us about content that may be unlawful, harmful, or in breach of platform rules.

Reports relating to child safety, child sexual exploitation, grooming, credible threats of violence, or similarly serious harm are prioritised for urgent review. Nerqis may suspend access to content or accounts on an interim basis while a review is carried out.

Where required or appropriate, Nerqis may preserve relevant evidence, cooperate with competent authorities, and make referrals or disclosures to law enforcement, child protection bodies, or other authorised entities.

7. Moderation Measures

Nerqis may apply one or more of the following measures where this Policy or other platform rules are breached, or where necessary to protect users or comply with the law: content removal; restricted access; warning notices; temporary account suspension; permanent account termination; and associated contractual or technical measures.

Enforcement decisions are made having regard to severity, recurrence, intent, risk of harm, likely audience, user history, and whether a less restrictive measure would be sufficient.

8. Complaints and Appeals

Users affected by moderation action may challenge eligible decisions through the procedures described in the Complaint and Appeal Policy. Appeals should be submitted using the designated contact channels or forms made available by Nerqis.

Nerqis may uphold, amend, or reverse an initial moderation decision after internal review. Repetitive, abusive, or manifestly unfounded complaints may be deprioritised or rejected where permitted by law.

9. Accessibility, Transparency and Cooperation with Authorities

Nerqis aims to make key platform safety information, reporting channels, and user notices understandable and reasonably accessible to users.

Where applicable law requires it, Nerqis may publish transparency information regarding moderation activity, safety enforcement, complaint handling, or cooperation with authorities.

Nerqis may cooperate with the competent Cyprus and EU regulatory or enforcement authorities, including in relation to platform safety, child protection, illegal content handling, and consumer or data protection law compliance.
